Extra hands. A considered approach.
White Label Design and Website Support
Agency work does not arrive in a perfectly even flow. A new website, a brand rollout or a busy campaign can put pressure on a small team. Simply Graphic provides quiet design and development support behind the scenes, helping agencies move work forward while keeping the client relationship and approval process clear.

Our approach
What we do
Website design and development support
We can support Figma website design, responsive page development and WordPress work within a defined brief. Your agency may need a complete design-and-build partner or help with one production stage. Share the current files, technical requirements and remaining decisions so we can identify a useful role in the project.
Brand and graphic design production
An approved identity often needs to move across profiles, presentations, print materials and digital assets. We can help translate the direction into the agreed formats, using supplied brand rules and realistic content. The brief should distinguish adaptation of an existing design system from development of a new visual direction.
Working with your review process
We align the working process around an identified agency contact and consolidated feedback. Clear version names, review stages and approval notes reduce confusion when several people contribute. If a client meeting or direct collaboration is useful, the agency determines the arrangement before that contact takes place.
Practical scoping and production checks
A design file or a short task list can leave important questions unanswered. We help surface missing states, content, output sizes and functional requirements before they cause rework. Production checks focus on the actual deliverable: responsive behaviour for a page, readability for a deck or printer specifications for artwork.
Handover and confidentiality
File delivery, source access, ownership terms and any restrictions on attribution belong in the working agreement. We treat the agency relationship as part of the brief and keep project references within the permissions given. A useful handover also identifies outstanding decisions and dependencies, so the next person can pick up the work with context.
Clear steps. Direct collaboration.
How we work
01
Show us the work and the gap
Share a representative brief, the current production stage and where your team needs support. Include the tools, final outputs and client commitments that affect delivery so we can assess the fit.
02
Agree the working arrangement
Define the scope, communication route, approval contact and confidentiality requirements. Confirm who supplies content and access, how changes are handled and what the final handover includes.
03
Develop and review together
Work through the brief with useful checkpoints and consolidated agency feedback. Raise missing inputs and scope changes early, keeping design decisions connected to the client brief and the approved direction.
04
Hand over with clear context
Deliver the agreed files or website work, together with relevant notes and remaining dependencies. Review how the collaboration worked so a future project can start with a clearer shared understanding.

Before you start
Your questions, answered
Yes. White-label support is intended for work delivered through your agency. We establish how communication, attribution and handover will operate before starting, including any confidentiality agreement or restrictions required for the project.
Yes. You may need help with Figma layouts, WordPress development, a presentation or production of an approved campaign direction. Supply the existing work and explain what is complete, what is approved and what still needs to be decided.
The agency sets that boundary. A project can be managed through your nominated contact, or include agreed client collaboration where helpful. We clarify the arrangement in advance so communication supports your relationship and review process.
Ongoing work can be discussed around the type of requests, expected volume and review process. Share representative briefs and known deadlines so we can assess a suitable arrangement. A recurring relationship still benefits from clear scopes and priorities for each piece of work.
Your next step
