Information that is gathered from visitors
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server.
how the information is used
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand how the website is used and improve its content and functionality. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.
visitor options
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive. You can accept or reject optional Analytics and Marketing cookies and change your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer. You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site or sending a project enquiry.
Cookies and preferences
We use essential cookies to keep the website working and remember your cookie preferences. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel are optional and have separate Analytics and Marketing choices. Analytics loads only after you enable Analytics; the Meta Pixel loads only after you enable Marketing. Rejecting either does not prevent you from browsing the site or sending a project enquiry. You can change your choices at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Google Analytics 4
When enabled, Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use the website. It records visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, general location, page interactions and successful project-enquiry submissions. The enquiry event records the successful completion and form type; it does not include your name, email address, phone number, message or form answers. Information you send in an enquiry is handled separately so we can respond to you.
The GA4 property uses a 14-month retention setting for user and event data, with the period refreshed by new activity. Aggregated reports can remain available for longer. Turning Analytics off stops future collection after your preference change is applied; it does not remove information already recorded.
Meta Pixel
With your Marketing consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta receives information about your browser, device and page visits, and may associate it with your Meta account. The Pixel may set advertising cookies. Our installed Pixel code does not send enquiry form answers to Meta or use automatic advanced matching. You can reject Marketing cookies or withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Pixel collection after your choice is applied; it does not remove information already received by Meta. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for how Meta uses this information.
