Leave Feedback during a Design | Development Project
There are three tools and environments we use to make reviewing and providing feedback easier: Figma collaborative client review, SureFeedback client review, and your WordPress staging site.
Figma is the world’s premium design and collaboration tool.
At the start of the project we supply you with a link to your project Figma file. You will need to follow this link and sign up for a free account. It’s an easy one-step setup, and it will allow you to follow design progress live and make comments directly on the design files during review stages.
On this link there will be design pages for:
- Your brief outline, which will contain all pertinent links that you will need, as well as all information relating to your project brief and scope.
- Your brand, where you can view the designs for your brand identity at any stage and leave comments directly on the design files during the review stage.
- Your collateral, where you can view and leave comments on all collateral designs live.
- Your ui|ux, where you can view your website design page by page and leave comments directly on the design files during the review stage.
SureFeedback is specifically created to allow clients a seamless review process.
For review of collateral design that is designed in specific software other than Figma, as well as for the review of website development, we use SureFeedback client review. Your private link to SureFeedback will be added to your brief outline in your Figma file once the site development is ready for review and client comments. This link will allow you to comment directly on the staging site, letting us know what you like, don’t like, and feel needs changing.
A WordPress staging site is a private, duplicate version of your yet-to-be-launched live website used for development, testing, and approvals before anything goes public. It allows us to safely make changes, test new features, update plugins or design elements, and review content without disrupting the live site your visitors see. This ensures that everything works perfectly before going live. Once the staging site is fully approved, the final version is pushed to your main domain.
